If we are to be appointed as the company's Accountant then we can arrange the formation of a new company for you. The information we'd need is listed below. Our one-off fee for incorporating the company would be £150 (paid in advance) and our annual fixed fee (for preparing accounts from your records, tax returns for the company and you, employer returns and tax planning) would be £590 p.a. payable on a monthly basis.

Information required:

1. Full name, address and date of birth for you the Director;

2. Full name, address and date of birth for the Company Secretary (if required);

3. Registered office address for the company;

4. A scanned copy of your passport;

5. A scanned copy of a recent utility bill confirming your address;

6. Preferred name (plus a couple of alternatives) for your company;

If you can provide the information today and arrange payment of the company set-up fee to us (I can provide bank or Paypal details) then the company will be ready for you next week.
